The only issue with this branch is the lack of personal bankers, the tellers are great. The personal bankers are great too, just not enough of them leading to long waits.
Somehow my daughters mailing address has been changed or mishandled somewhere. She recently received 2 credit cards and the paperwork has the wrong ADDRESS!. What makes this even worse, is that she has been a member of this bank for some time. How could anyone screw this up? Fortunately the incorrect address happens to belong to my son and his wife.
