Every person who works at the mall across the street hates trying to get change here. We dislike coming here so much we drain each other before the dreaded trip to b of a. I brought my stores deposit slip with account number to attempt to get change. A simple $50 in coin, no big deal. Wow! After waiting in line for a solid 5 min then its finally my turn and the teller, Melanie, calls me up, says hello, and then asks me to wait while she attends to the worker who came in to collect something in back. And it wasn't just a quick second as she said it would be. I was waiting, it was my turn, I dont care who walked in, the CUSTOMER comes first but she made it obvious that thats not BoA standards. All bank of america's are horrible, in person, on phone, in any type of contact with customers. They just don't care, including the reply to this complaint that's going to be a cowardly redirection to somewhere else because they simply don't care.
