I read all these 1 star reviews and cannot believe one. They seem phony, a bank cannot be as bad as they make it out. Each and every time I go there it's nothing but smiles and professionalism.
I had a great experience with Gloria, who was very patient and detailed throughout our appointment process.
I went in to learn about credit cards, but the representative’s explanations were very confusing. They mixed in personal stories while trying to explain things, but I didn’t understand the terms or how the system worked. They led the conversation, making it difficult to stop or clarify because they were already moving on to the next topic. When they finished and I felt ready to ask my questions, another client arrived who had an appointment, and even though I still had a lot of questions, I felt pressured to end the meeting.... read more
