很差的体验，网上预约跟没约一样，安排的很不好，预约了还等了40分钟，再也不想来了，差劲，服务人员解决问题的能力几乎没有，甚至因为这家不想再用BOA了，还不如加入chase。
I read all these 1 star reviews and cannot believe one. They seem phony, a bank cannot be as bad as they make it out. Each and every time I go there it's nothing but smiles and professionalism.
