Gloria Yen, the person providing notary services at this branch, was incredibly rude and unprofessional! She curtly told us we didn’t have the required paperwork without bothering to understand what we were trying to get notarized or even explain the process. When we asked for her name to report her attitude to the branch manager, she had the audacity to respond “I’m about to be retired” and simply walked away. How cowardly and pathetic. Avoid this place at all cost unless, as said in different comments, you have no other choice We came for something that was supposed to take 5-10 min and took around 1.5h. Not the employees' fault (they were actually extremely kind) it's more about a super sluggish process, faulty system, etc.
