The ATMs never work
I am very impressed with the service. Swati was very accommodating and very helpful with answering all my questions and helping walk me through any and all problems I was having!
I went there 8-08-25 to deposit my 401k check to pay my rent and bills. I asked the teller if I deposit the check today when will I receive it. She told Monday. I asked her are you sure , she said yes. When I went to check to see if my money was ready for use. They said there's a hold until Friday. If I would of known this would happen I would of went to Truist bank, because they never try me like this when I deposit large check amount. A pure waste of time and professionalism does not exist.....year after year! AVOID this location. Inadequately efficient, having no regard or concept of clients needs and their valuable time. HORRIBLE!
