I have had an excellent experience with Bank of America. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to listen to customers, answer questions clearly, and provide professional and thoughtful service. I truly appreciate their positive attitude and attention to detail. This bank is horrible. The Chinese lady treated me and my sister like we were trash. I will never go back to this bank. Just switched my account over to truist. Never been treated like this at a bank
I have to say this is the best Bank Of America in Cary I’ve ever been to. This one had its tellers located in the back instead of right in front which creates a safer feeling and the tellers were extremely nice and professional. The other BOA located on Harrison and at Tryon aren’t nearly as nice or professional as this one. The service was quick and there was no waiting time.
I had an excellent experience at this Bank of America branch for a notary service. Ishaan Rai was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and provided friendly, attentive service from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. It's rare to receive such professional and courteous service, and I really appreciated his patience and expertise. Highly recommend this branch, and a special thank you to Ishaan Rai for going above and beyond.
