We have been banking with this branch for a while For a long time we are looking to expand the banking services but Every-time I ask to talk to some one they each time say all are busy and make appointments and there are no appointments available—— wait and all chaos We were trying to give BOA business and if they don’t have time for their customers - O well it’s the bank’s loss - Wee will be moving out of this bank Not at all happy with the customer service
NOTE: i do not bank with BoA. after the customer experience i had at this location, im really glad I don't. the bank teller appeared new, which is not the issue. im very considerate to people starting new roles because they are still learning. however, her tone and accusations of there being "something wrong with my check" did not sit right with me. It’s awesome going to a bank with people like Nour that actually know what they are doing. Always smooth quick transactions.
The bank teller, a lady of Asian decent was very friendly and helpful. Everyone else in this bank that I have met are very UNFRIENDLY and not helpful.
I have been here multiple times. The staff has changed and the experience is much much better! Smooth and quiet and quick. Thank you.
