It's not a good bank.. the fact they ask for your ID every time I deposit it's not for me.. I have been waiting 10 days for bank of America to clean my check it's just out of the question. .
Almost feel like I'm at Walmart, 6 windows available but only ONE open with at least 10 people in and this is how it always is .
This is the slowest bank on any given day or hour of the week!!! They never have enough tellers!!!

They have the worst mortgage/underwriting department in the country. Unethical liars. I could write a book about what they did to me and how they wanted my accountant to do something unethical, that would put his license at risk and how they wanted me to basically commit fraud to get a loan approved. I switched to quicken and closed in 3 weeks after wasting a month with these idiots. Scott Collie at Bank of America Mortgage would not respond to me when I questioned him on these things.
