Adam the manager is extremely kind and giving. My father traumatically passed away last month and I had deposited his accidental life insurance coverage at his bank. Due to the amount, there was a hold. The hold was extended further, complicating me covering funeral costs, travel for family members, etc. the manager Adam accommodated me with grace.
