I got to this branch today right at 4:59 but was thankfully let into an already locked door. I stood in line for a few seconds behind some others and the teller STACEY screams at me from across the front counter “What is your business here? We are closed!!” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional she was. I told her I just needed to make a quick deposit for my son, and had just been to another branch in Raleigh that closed at 4pm so I raced to get to this particular one.
