Pier Ave branch employs the most incompetent employees. They are rude, refuse services and do not follow bank of America’s company policies. Can’t wait to close this account.
Terrible location people seem like they don't want to help you customer service horrible parking is horrible. Had to pay for parking and on top of that just for them to tell me they couldn't help me out for a simple wire transfer
