Excelente servicio...
We made an appointment yesterday with some who was very helpful and polite over the phone. Today as we walked in we were greeted by Isabel at the door with her big smile. She was very helpful to answer our questions. She was very patient and friendly. She was supported by Matthew to help us finish our session. As we finished our meeting the branch manager came and introduced herself. She turned out to be the one who took my call initially. They seem to be a great team to support their customers!
Isbel helped us today at this branch location. It was the best experience I've ever had with a bank. She has a true passion for her work the service she provided us with was well above our expectations. Bank of America is lucky to have her. Words can't describe how much she helped me and my disabled father today it's people like Isbel that make the world a better place . Outstanding service!!!
