Bank of America, 11800 Saradrienne Ln, Bonita Springs, FL There was a kid on a bicycle bicycle harassing a customer in the parking lot. I saw the incident and stepped in. After the kid called me several names, he rode off. I went into the bank talking to the guy the kid had targeted. I got in line, but walked to the otherside to look out the window to see if the kid came back to damage my car. Drive through ATM out of service. Outside walk in ATM parking area was blocked by the bank manager's car who was on the phone in the middle, restricting access to parking spots.
Very kind and helpful representatives at this branch! I live closer to other BOAs and I will always travel to this branch for anything u need because they actually took the time to listen to me and help me with what I needed whereas other branches were rude and dismissive. Manager Martha and her team are amazing and an asset to BOA!
By far the best place to keep your money the general manager Martha goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met very welcoming and makes me feel at home every time I go in, she even knows my name!
Was this in the bank this past week. George and Jennifer(?) were great. Helped both my wife and I. Very professional
