I've been with Bank of America for over 30 years and this branch takes great care of me. Maj, the Manager, is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The staff greets you at the door and makes you feel very welcomed as you enter. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and you know you're going to receive personalized service. I highly recommend B of A and particularly this branch to others.
I had a really nice experience at this facility last week despite I was closing my bank account. I was ready to face push and pull from personnel, but they were so kind and understanding towards me I left with a nice warm feeling. Timara was really kind and soft talking, so as the manager from this branch. They appreciated the time I did business with them and understood my personal finances and externalize their welcoming if I'd like to come back to them in the future.
This branch is the best, I have only had great experiences with all the staff at this location. They airways make you feel like you are important.
