This branch is the best, I have only had great experiences with all the staff at this location. They airways make you feel like you are important.
An exceptional banking experience. The staff at this location consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding service and ensure my needs are fully met.
Maj the supervisor is so helpful and she was very nice and got me in and out with no problem. Also got me set up about a house loan👍🏾
The branch is severely understaffed all the way around. They often pull people from other branches to keep the lights on at this location. I often see one teller and one banker AT MOST here, and they have super long wait times. The folks who work at this branch try to do their best; nonetheless, it's impossible to do any business promptly at this branch. Highly recommend avoiding this location until they resolve their staffing issues.
A very weird and disappointing first branch experience – and first Bank of America experience – as a client returning after several years. I'm sure Marny and her manager were just having a bad day, and in that case it's important to exend them grace. However, as they have numerous options when interacting with clients, clients today have numerous options when choosing banks. I've left two Google reviews in nine years, and they were five stars. I think that says more than I could.
