Bad customer service why do they care about what I'm doing with my money
I’m not sure where the negative reviews came from of this place, these people were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I’m from out of state so this was a first impression and total experience all wrapped up in one visit. Perhaps the reviewers were having a bad day? This is one of the reasons I do business with Bank of America, no matter where I am in the world I get treated like it’s my home branch.
