Pietro Pizzo Senior Banker was amazing. Helped me in English Italian and Spanish. He was friendly. Answered my questions multiple times even if I asked the same again. He helped me with a bunch of of lengthy requests The manager Maria Gomez was also helpful
Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Pointless Wait Times I walked into this Bank of America branch to reset my online banking. I was told to wait about 25 minutes, which I agreed to. After waiting 35 minutes, they told me I’d need to wait another 40 minutes because they “prioritize appointments.” But here’s the kicker: the lobby was completely empty.
