If i could leave no stars i would. Staff did everything to drag their feet on opening a account. “Very lengthy process, requires two forms of id’s etc. bank of america is the worst
If I could leave NO stars, that would be an accurate rating. Understaffed, poor service, short hours, and even WITH an appointment, we always have a loooong wait. We will take our business elsewhere.
Love going to this branch. Customer service is always really good. The employees are super nice. Hard to find a good Bank of America in my area.
