I came to this branch because they had a same day appointment available, which I really needed. Before driving over an hour from Fort Lauderdale to Doral, I spoke with Nicole on the phone and specifically asked her to verify that I had all the correct information and documents to open my business account. I even asked her if she was familiar with business accounts and if she could accurately answer my questions, and she assured me that she could. Do not. DO. NOT. Use the atm outside the front door - it billed the completely WRONG amount on my check that I DESPERATELY need RIGHT NOW, and I'm forced to wait almost 4-10 business days for the claim to be settled.
