Very disappointed that this location has closed. It was so convenient for me. Considering leaving Bank of America for another nearby bank.
They said there closing this Bank of America down on January 25 I personally think it should stay open for people like me who don’t drive I don’t understand why they would close there atm it’s my bank it stinks it is in a great neighborhood when I go there the atm is always busy it’s too bad Bank of America don’t keep there doors open for there customers not fair I hope they keep the atm around tatnuck square . I had a great experience with this location. I had an appt at 10am this morning with Glinka Stoja. She was awesome! She was so friendly, so knowledgeable and so helpful. She made the process fun and smooth. I’ll definitely be continuing to make appointments with her in the future. Great customer service!

My elderly parents and I have been treated rudely by branch manager on multiple occasions. He has no patience with the frail elderly. Shame on him. Poor reflection on your bank
