Honestly their customer service is terrible I have had BOA for a long time this location is the closest and it genuinely is super annoying I prefer to drive 40 minutes out of my way it takes 3 people to help one person and then they will take the next person before you super disappointed

Says they do counter checks online. Got waved off by a teller, who had a bad attitude. Sent to a manager . Suggested I order checks off them and wait two weeks well past the deadline for taxes. My old bank, much smaller chain can print checks… but apparently not Bank of America? Got a shoulder shrug and a suggestion to use a cashier check that will charge me a fee. try cashing a check at bank or america drawn from bank america account itself and they STILL wont cash unless you have a account. why would i want an account when its nothing but hassle dealing with them.
