Says they do counter checks online. Got waved off by a teller, who had a bad attitude. Sent to a manager . Suggested I order checks off them and wait two weeks well past the deadline for taxes. My old bank, much smaller chain can print checks… but apparently not Bank of America? Got a shoulder shrug and a suggestion to use a cashier check that will charge me a fee. try cashing a check at bank or america drawn from bank america account itself and they STILL wont cash unless you have a account. why would i want an account when its nothing but hassle dealing with them.
I have never seen a bank or for that matter any other business work so hard on customer service. They greet you at the front door to see if you need any assistance with your banking needs. We have used this location for many years and recommend it highly. I would just like to say " Keep up the great work". Thank you!
