I had an AMAZING appointment with Paola Gonzalez, she was so sweet and attentive. We were opening a business account and she gladly took over our case. The process was very smooth and quick thanks to her. She deserves a raise!!
First, I wanted to close an extra account that I no longer needed. I called from the app, and was told I needed to go in person. I explained I recently had surgery, but the person on the phone said that it needed to be in person. After I recovered, I went to the West Boylston branch, by this time there was an overdraft fee, which I paid before going to the branch. I love this Bank of America branch very much. It has been my favorite for many years.
This is not my bank I went to cash a check from them. I tried calling ahead to ask what was needed they don’t answer. I go and they are slow in tending to us. Only had 2 workers waited over 20 mins just to be told my real id is not enough to cash and she told me limits 4k to cash. So big waste of time.
