Bank of America's telephone customer service is not good. There are very long waits which tells me there are not enough customer support people. BofA needs to change this ASAP or they will lose customers. I have been with them only 2 months and already thinking of changing banks.
Went to open a new savings and Hamid Ali helped me. He was the most respectful, pleasant and nice gentleman. Kudos to him….
