Every time I come to this branch I end up sitting around for at least 25 - 30 minutes before anyone even asks me what I’m there for. It’s always the same excuses. You go around noon, they blame it on the lunch rush. You go later in the day, there’s only one teller working and maybe one person in the office, so the line still moves at a snail’s pace. I had quite a seamless and hassle-free experience with Eva. All of the details and features of the accounts were well explained and she was very patient, attending to all of the questions I asked. This made my first time experience at BOFA quite amazing and I salute Eva’s high standards of professionalism and customer-service.

I accidently ripped a piece of my check and I went there to resolve it and they also helped me with a notary. The workers are nice and helpful. I scheduled appointments and they got to me within a reasonable time.
