I was having a difficult time just trying to speak to a representative about some information about the closings for the holiday. I was very shocked to see the hours are not posted on the web site.I am a Bank of America valued customer and I really felt like my needs are only avaliable upon someone elses request.I waited on the line and the phone kept hanging up on me after I made a selection of the dialer.
