I walked in yesterday with 8 people ahead of me. They had 2 people working the front and one person doing new accounts. I stood there and observed and watched professionalism, patience, and a genuine effort to help the customers. When it was my turn, Christy Cruz helped me and she treated me the same as she treated everyone else. Calm, helpful, professional. This by far the worst bank of america branch that i have visited so far. Theres only one employee everytime i go to visit that branch. There is no on the business clients line to assist… You will have to wait for 20-30 minutes to be assisted. Its crazy!
