Everytime I comes here I don’t know manager of this branch is improving or not..So many customers are frustrate everytime I can see their face here…So many wait almost long time and then they leaves without any simple transactions..They can see there that there are long and other employees staring at guest like they can’t help to anyone..Very poor service..
This Bank of America did not do anything wrong to me. I’m speaking of Bank of America in general. Do not waste your time opening an account with this company. They hold your check with no reason they investigate your checking account with no reason. I deposit an inheritance check and have waited almost 15 days. It finally went into my account and then they put an investigation on it for no reason I will never ever ever bank with them again and anyone that ask about it. I use to bank with bank of america years ago but the rude manager named Stephanie made me close my account . Moving forward i was looking for 2 dollar bills and i went in the bank to see if they had some . I needed like 10 for the nursing home i work at. I came in last friday and I asked teller with a big curly afro weave if they had them. She said yes i have 50. I said ok can i get 10 she said yes and asked for my id.
