By far the worst bank out here. I would never go there if it wasnt for the fact my employer bank there and I have to make weekly deposits. At navy federal, you never have to wait longer than a few minutes to get to a teller. They never make us wait. But at bank of america, how can they always have only one teller. Im honestly calling corporate every single friday until they replace whoever is understaffing this place.
The most unwelcoming Bank of America ever been to and very slow what's the point of having a business line for business owners and they have to wait while regular customers are being served. A bunch of employees walking around doing nothing looking at people waiting line
