I have been Bank Of America customer for more than 12 years and I visited this Bank of America branch for a wire transfer and had an excellent experience. Senior Banker Tarana Batra was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She patiently assisted me throughout the process and ensured my wire transfer was completed successfully. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, service was exceptional. I had issues setting up a new checking account online but was quickly able to resolve the problem in branch, even though I forgot to schedule an appointment.
Worst branch in the history of banking. The staff can't figure out basic deposit account opening...
Wait times are terrible and the customer service is horrendous. It sure isn't the same as the old downtown branch. I've been with B of A for over 30 years and I'm going to switch banks. You will walk of this branch frustrated and angry every time
Tarana is the best baker I have ever met, she is always trying to help clients, no matter if it's within her scope or not, a great value to the bank!
