Horrible experience. I needed help with my wire transfer ( for home purchase ) done via another branch location. When I went here to inquire why the wire hadn't been completed - they told me they wouldn't help and that I had to go to original branch. I called the other branch and also BoA customer service - both of which are now telling me that this location should be assisting me.
