I have been a BofA Customer for a few years. The staff including, Tarana, Bobby and Preeti are exceptional at the Pleasanton location. I wish the other tri-valley BofA locations learn customer service from these folks. If you have a banking need, go visit the Pleasanton location you will be pleased with the folks mentioned above.
