Update: I still have the paperclip 2 weeks later I bank with NavyFed but stopped in for a paperclip. Yes. A single paperclip. Not only was one recieved, it was with courtesy and a friendly attitude. Excellent
This branch (500 State St Schenectady) has been closed for months. It seems very suspicious to me that the oldest branch in the area, and only downtown branch, has been closed for such an extended period. I could understand and accept a rotating closure of branches, however it appears that BOA has targeted this branch specifically for extended closure. They were ok but had a lot of fees. Now they have been closed for over a month. I took that picture on July 16th of the sign on the door saying they were reopening June 16th.
They try to help you as much as they possibly can. Very friendly and very polite.
The staffs are helpful and friendly. Office was clean with COVID precautions.
