I can't give this branch 0 stars? Horrible customer service. This must be the branch of attitudes. Had to go to this branch to have my PIN updated (which by the way shouldn't have been a factor and no one knows why or how my PIN which I've been using just stopped working on my card) and I'm not sure if she was a branch manager or a wannabe either way she gave me attitude, was VERY unprofessional and nonchalant. Greeted at the door by name and immediately brought over for my appointment. Very kind representatives. Sad to hear all of the negative reviews.
I have lost 640 dollars by using the drive through ATM. The machine refused my deposit due to a connection issue on a Sunday night. Only returned a small amount of 20 dollar bills and kept the rest. I walked to the bank the next Monday morning as soon as they opened to explain what happened and the manager refused to look at the ATM by saying that was another department that dealt with that.. months later NO money was returned.
