Not reliable. They failed to get paperwork to me by a date they guaranteed and I lost out on a large purchase. Nobody answered the phone ever and my email wasn’t answered until 5 days after. Closed all my accounts with them.
Like most BoA locations. They only keep one teller on duty even when the line is long. Think it may be time to change my bank.
