Excelente atención de Leila Ahmed, muy distinto al resto de los bancos del sur de la Florida. Su gerente Ainadys Martinez está dispuesta a solucionar en todo momento, con contarles que llegue sin la cita porque cometí un error haciendo el booking y de igual manera me ayudaron en todo.

As a mother, it really concerns me how the employees here kick out the students. My child has very sensitive skin with a rare allergy to the sun. Whenever he does get kicked out he has to wait out in the sun and complains to me about this once I’ve picked him up. These people should try to be more considerate of others and think about the consequences of their actions. Please do better.
Long line and only one teller. The manager was walking around talking instead of helping. Definitely considering changing banks after this last visit. Every time I visit this branch it's the same thing.
