On a Saturday August 23 Bank America refuses to cash checks!! even for customer with an accounts. What is this caos???
Unprofessional, the man at the front (black man) is not friendly at all! I was in this locality to open a new account I was already sitting in the office to be attended after waiting for 1 hour when he took me out of the place to attend to someone else that if I had an appointment it became very unprofessional because I was already sitting in the chair and the teller told him that if we were waiting for a long time he told him that he had not seen the email that he took me out, I understand that he did not have an appointmen... read more
