Honestly I was somewhat apprehensive about going here after most of the reviews however here’s my experience today. Not even a few seconds inside and a warm lady emerged from the first office on the right asking is she could help. After explaining I was a walk in and couldn’t make a prior appointment due to being on a very long flight she immediately took my card and signed me in after which I was shown into Miss Stephanie’s office the third on the right. Gosh, the staff at the front were extremely rude. If Bank of America is going to hire people, they should at least make sure they’re polite and welcoming. The women working on Saturday at front desk, September 6th at 11:55 were so rudeeeee, cold, unfriendly, she even looked me up and down. Honestly, wow. Bank of America really needs to do better.
This has to be one of the worst branches in South Florida. The Spanish lady in the front is never working, always talking, and never willing to help. If you ask her questions, she doesn’t know anything. The notary lady is afraid to notarize paperwork—if she’s not getting paid for it, she acts like something is wrong with doing her job. It feels like they only provide service to people who speak Spanish. If you don’t speak Spanish, they act like they can’t help you These employees need to be replaced.
