I would highly recommend nobody ever come to this location because the staff here is incompetent. If you expect to get good service and fast, this is not the place. Whatever you do do not expect Gerbert at the customer service area to help you out with anything.
We had a least than pleasant experience in other location of the bank, but we kept trying, and to our amazement Karla V. The senior banker at this location not only went above and beyond to help us and give us the best experience she managed to change our perspective of the bank we definitely recommend her to be your banker, we hope she gets a raise or something cause we couldn’t be more thankful to her
They take care of my money
