Blas Barrero was incredibly helpful setting up my new account after being a victim of financial fraud. He also assisted me with updating the fraud claim report to include additional details and answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed or minimized which made the interaction unique. My experience with Blas reaffirmed for me the importance of banking with a reputable financial institution with local branches readily accessible nationwide. Thank you, Blas!

I rarely come in person but today I was greeted nicely and despite wanting just change for a $100 bill, they did so without question and never once asked for proof of membership (I am a BoA member but never had to use a debit card or anything for a simple change request). I say this cause I came from a closer WelsFargo bank who didn’t greet me and then refused to provide change cause I wasn’t a member. Despite such a little thing, BoA is easily keeping my business.

Una completa perdida de tiempo. Muy serviciales, pero poco resolutivos. Una espera de más de una hora y treinta minutos y no fue posible que nos atendieran. aún cuando no habían más clientes.

Always a long wait understaffed branch, what happen to the days there were more one teller helping customers. One teller for all the customers not good for a Saturday. And before the tell me to use an app, I don't use apps, unfortunately the days of good service is not at BA.. push everyone to did it yourself service, but your charge to use my money to give out loans. Just saying sevice would be appreciated!
