Today, I had the worst experience at Bank of America with racism; the person who attended the reception, Daniel, began in his supposedly professional manner to ask my husband's father for documents, asking him if he had a passport. He answered yes, then he told him he had social security, and he said yes, but I don't have the card with me, but I remember my number.
