I've been a customer of Bank of America customer for 15-20 years and I brought a check that was written to my son for Christmas by his grandmother in Massachusetts (who also has a Bank of America account), and I was turned away!!! We WONT open an account through Bank of America for my son when he's mature enough. Very poor customer service... Zero customer loyalty. I am shocked.
