I had an excellent experience at the Bank of America branch in Deerfield. Assistant Vice President Magdalena Ptak and Senior Banker Keisha Chin Quee were absolutely amazing—helpful, polite, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Why everytime I try to do anything at this place I’m treated like a criminal and will give every excuse not to deal with someone …. What’s the point of having a check drawn to your bank when you refuse to cash it

My experience was the best because I had one of the best senior banker, Keisha Chin QUEE if it wasn’t for her, I would never of gotten the service that I really needed when someone was targeting my account. I disputed the transaction and it went very smooth thank you so much. I’ve been banking with them for 39 years.
