Ni customer service what so ever.. they are rude and jus don’t really care if you wait 2 hrs and then treat you like crap.
The teller at the first window was very rude & didn’t even try to help. When I got to the window she didn’t acknowledge me until I spoke. I was interested in refinancing an auto loan. She stated that Bank of America doesn’t refinance. I went to another branch and refinanced with no problem. Go to another branch.
This branch is horrible. Don't waste your time
