The teller at the first window was very rude & didn’t even try to help. When I got to the window she didn’t acknowledge me until I spoke. I was interested in refinancing an auto loan. She stated that Bank of America doesn’t refinance. I went to another branch and refinanced with no problem. Go to another branch.
This branch is horrible. Don't waste your time
Can someone at this bank location contact me? The person at the drive thru in front of me left and when I pulled up after them I touched the screen to go back and preparing to enter my card for my transaction and it automatically said “take your cash” as the person in front of me wasn’t patient enough or mistakenly left without their cash coming out. It was a $100 bill. Please let me know if someone has reached out and contact me asap. I have tried calling the number on the atm with no success
Trash. Just like the system. Trash.
Terrible customer service. Told my autistic, non verbal daughter to keep it down and to essentially shut up because she was "supposedly" disruptive.
