I just spent 10 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone here. Seriously need more staff - maybe even a receptionist? The inattention is ridiculous! Can't wait to move on to another bank/investment co. ASAP!

Amanda the manager here treated my wife and i in the nastiest way i’ve ever been treated in my life. i’m 26 years old and couldn’t care to make a karen post but this was the most shocking experience. yelling at us belittling and disrespectful. i’m closing my account just because of her. I hope she’s held accountable customer service is hard to get ahold of.
