Over time, BOA has significantly reduced its operating hours, which is extremely frustrating. The teller area is almost always understaffed, causing long wait times. This location is now closed on Saturdays, forcing customers to visit the only other remaining branch, which is consistently overcrowded and operating with just three tellers despite having eight teller stations available. The one star is for the employees who are doing their best to keep things running despite the circumstances.
Been banking here for over 20 years. Lots if help when needed and lots of online and services available.
amazing customer experience from Alberto def better trained than other locations, def recommend this location
has to be the worst bank but not locally, nationally the worst there is. I understand they will be changing some online stuff so let see if gets better. As far as local BOAs no complaints its their system that is bad.
