This review is long-overdue but I wanted to share my experience at this branch regarding a power of attorney case that was handled by BofA agent Derly Benavides. On December 8, 2025, I had appointment here in hopes of resolving said POA issue for a third attempt. My grandpa was living in a nursing home in Laredo and I live in San Antonio.
