Never answer the phone
I have been working with Bank Of America online chat and phone support to resolve an issue that was resulting in unnecessary and unwarranted account management fees for almost a year. They were unable to solve and it was incredible frustrating. I decided to go into the N Rochester Road branch and within minutes of speaking to Linda George and Iris Cifliku we had the problem solved. They were empathetic and took action right away.
