One drive thru teller didn't work, there was a big line.The other was so old the screen was faded and the sun glare was too strong to see.
My husband and I have been long time customers of BOA since 2006. We maintain a positive monthly balance, and payoff our credit card balance each month. Went to this branch today to get a cashiers check for moving company, and inquired if the fee could be waived. I was told by manager that he could not waive fee as we are not a BOA rewards member. I was able to take cash to our credit union and get cashiers check with no fee. This experience at BOA today confirms our decision to close our account and credit card with BOA.
this is the worst bank of america in california. the tellers always deny cashing a check saying they cant verify it. yet they never make any calls to see which is strange. the checks have been cashed at their location in the past but they act like its a new check just stare at their computer for minutes then say yeah sorry we cant cash it even tho its a bank of america listed check.
Extremely disappointing experience. The service was slow and communication was poor. I expected much better and wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone
