I opened a check-in account on 3/6/2026 and I didn’t receive the debit card till 3/19/2026, and I was not able to log-in to my account. I went to another facility and found that they were not ordered my debit card and was tracked a wrong cell phone number in my file.
Unacceptable staffing and service lapses!!! My experience highlights operational flaws at this branch. With only a single teller on duty, service completely ceased when that employee took a brief break. A staff member was present, merely roaming the floor, n failed to cover the vacant window. Compounding this management issue, banking system was extremely slow, which significantly prolonged the wait time for a simple deposit. Urgent improvements are needed in both staffing protocols and technology infrastructure.
I had great communication and follow up to fix a mistake I made. Ms. Garcia was gracious and efficient in helping me with this task.
