I have almost USD 3000 on hold since 5/22 for a wire transfer I tried to send to a vendor , not the wire was never done but they money doesn't return to my account . 14 days. If I try to keep the same amount or less from their vaults the SWAT will show up in my house... I love the way Justice is blind.

The absolute worst. The only reason I had been a customer is the fact my rewards card transferred to BOA. The ease of using a CC is offset by the hassle and incompetence of BOA. I do not need you, you need me.

The arrogant twit couldn't be bothers to stop typing whatever he was doing in his office to hear me, after explaining the problem and flagging my account, I wound up telling him I doubted if he had ever had his identity stolen.
