I wentto this branch because it close. I needed an insurance check signed by Bank of America because they are shown as cosignee being the mortgage holder for my home. I was directed to someone who supposedly had the authority to do so. After waiting 20 minutes I left with the check in my hand UNSIGNED the person didnt have the authority to approve a check for approx. 1400.00 dollars.
