This branch is always our first choice because Ivett Risco is the best personal banking representative of all I’ve dealt with in my years living in South Florida. She’s knowledgeable, patient, a wonderful person, and actually cares about helping customers - A true rarity these days.
1 hours waiting no experience
This bank needs some Customer Service training because each of the 3 times that I have gone in to get serviced I get an immediate attitude from the front clerk and if I need help that needs to be in the separate little cubicles its a 30 minute wait because theres only 1 person working in the room. They have a manager in a clear glass office, if she sees people waiting, she should come out and help. But primarily the 1 star review is mainly because of the terrible attitude they give me each time.
