This bank needs some Customer Service training because each of the 3 times that I have gone in to get serviced I get an immediate attitude from the front clerk and if I need help that needs to be in the separate little cubicles its a 30 minute wait because theres only 1 person working in the room. They have a manager in a clear glass office, if she sees people waiting, she should come out and help. But primarily the 1 star review is mainly because of the terrible attitude they give me each time.
Maribel and Ivette are angels, as well as all the staff. They have helped me with notarizing forms and also with banking and I am so thankful for such kind and beautiful humans beings. The customer service has been excellent and I appreciate them so much!
I am Vietnamese, my English is not very good. Luckily I had Ms. Ivett Gonzalez help me, creating a new account became easy for me. Thank you very much Ms. Ivett Gonzalez
