Every time I walk in this location it's like it's their first day running a bank. I've been waiting in a long line for over 20 minutes and not a single person has been helped yet. Also, when I went to make a deposit a few years ago, they told me I had to do mandatory financial advising which felt incredibly offensive, like I couldn't be trusted to handle my own money. The only reason I still keep an account here is for international transfers and currency. Stick with a local credit union like Campus USA.
Best BOA I have been to with fast friendly efficient service
People love to hate on large corporations, especially B of A. And I get it...many are impersonal, at best. And then there's the wokism which seems to have infiltrated a good bit of corporate America. I came in for account maintenance today, and Henry C. made it a smooth, easy process. It was the best experience that I’ve had at BOA since I opened my account in 2012. Thank you Henry!
I can give them less star if I can, the staff is not knowledgeable at all! I can go to the Branch on archer and they can verify me with the business account. This location can never see in their system for some reason! Only 2 employee working all the time been in the area more then 10 years and everytime someone ask why they don’t have more employees they will say they are short staff! It’s been years since they are short staff!! The line is out by the door.
