People love to hate on large corporations, especially B of A. And I get it...many are impersonal, at best. And then there's the wokism which seems to have infiltrated a good bit of corporate America. I came in for account maintenance today, and Henry C. made it a smooth, easy process. It was the best experience that I’ve had at BOA since I opened my account in 2012. Thank you Henry!
I can give them less star if I can, the staff is not knowledgeable at all! I can go to the Branch on archer and they can verify me with the business account. This location can never see in their system for some reason! Only 2 employee working all the time been in the area more then 10 years and everytime someone ask why they don’t have more employees they will say they are short staff! It’s been years since they are short staff!! The line is out by the door.
Every time I've been here the staff have been very helpful and courteous.
Best experience at this BoA center! I was able to get what I needed taken care of due to the professionalism and understanding of my overall goal. I will keep the bankers in mind especially Jeremy Keys the bank manager if I find myself in need of any financial advice in the future!
