Every time I walk in this location it's like it's their first day running a bank. I've been waiting in a long line for over 20 minutes and not a single person has been helped yet. Also, when I went to make a deposit a few years ago, they told me I had to do mandatory financial advising which felt incredibly offensive, like I couldn't be trusted to handle my own money. The only reason I still keep an account here is for international transfers and currency. Stick with a local credit union like Campus USA.
Best BOA I have been to with fast friendly efficient service
People love to hate on large corporations, especially B of A. And I get it...many are impersonal, at best. And then there's the wokism which seems to have infiltrated a good bit of corporate America.
