Horrible policies in place. Can't even cash a small check smdh.
Don't open locker at this location. It's always take forever for them to give access to your own locker to get access off. Such a waste of time... moving from here as soon as I can.
Every time I walk in this location it's like it's their first day running a bank. I've been waiting in a long line for over 20 minutes and not a single person has been helped yet. Also, when I went to make a deposit a few years ago, they told me I had to do mandatory financial advising which felt incredibly offensive, like I couldn't be trusted to handle my own money. The only reason I still keep an account here is for international transfers and currency. Stick with a local credit union like Campus USA.
