I had closed my account with Bank of America, but when I received their credit card, I needed an online account. Bank of America seemed to have kept my online account active. I was having problems signing on while two factor authentication was enabled. They were able to at least update my information in their database, and I was able to activate my card.Â
Thank you for replacing the old flag, as a veteran I do appreciate it and will continue to do business with you.Â
Bank teller was pretty rude. I would have appreciated more guidance or at least some positivity rather than her being completely silent and not asking anything when I told her I wasn't sure on something. It's already nerve wracking to get all these things in place by certain deadlines to buy a home, not her fault, but I'm definitely not feeling confident I'm doing everything correctly. Definitely avoiding coming to this location again.Â
Save yourself and bank with ANYONE else. The fees, the lack of support, rules with deposits, checks, etc.Â
Richer ( or Richel, I’m sorry if I didn’t get it right) was really helpful and gave quick and easy service with closing my account! Good job!Â
