I recently needed to update all of my banking accounts to reflect my new last name since I got married. RIGEL A. my assigned relationship banker was SO nice and helped me change everything quickly in person! BoA still cherishes good service whether I call or go in person, they retain the 5-star service that is lacking in this world today. The staff here is really nice, thank you and keep on keepin' on!! Thanks Rigel you rock!! I can't wait for my new cards to come in the mail with my new last name :)
Hours state, 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Clearly posted on their front door, Google and Apple Maps…If these are incorrectly posted I’d expect a bank handling my financials to have the ability to properly post their hours. Looks like the team thought the hours were optional. *** update Someone finally showed up at 9:24 stating system issues. Not sure how a system issue would cause people to show up late for their shift. If you are having system issues, show up on time and put a sign on your door so people aren’t wasting their time.
I had closed my account with Bank of America, but when I received their credit card, I needed an online account. Bank of America seemed to have kept my online account active. I was having problems signing on while two factor authentication was enabled. They were able to at least update my information in their database, and I was able to activate my card.
Thank you for replacing the old flag, as a veteran I do appreciate it and will continue to do business with you.
Bank teller was pretty rude. I would have appreciated more guidance or at least some positivity rather than her being completely silent and not asking anything when I told her I wasn't sure on something. It's already nerve wracking to get all these things in place by certain deadlines to buy a home, not her fault, but I'm definitely not feeling confident I'm doing everything correctly. Definitely avoiding coming to this location again.
