里面有个说中文的女的，50岁左右，故意刁难人，一会儿要验证码？验证码一直未收到，几秒钟就显得很着急，验证码收到了，又不要了！各种问题，最后也没办成，说改天办，下午找了另外一个银行网点，很顺利的完成了。这种人真是垃圾！！！～
Big bank has too much power. It offers a lousy service. It holds my money for 10 months already without a piece of paper to explain how I can get back my money. Legal against the bank is costly for a 70 year old man.
The front desk has a guy who speaks some Chinese and is very eager to help me solve many issues. The representative I booked, Georgianna Baque, also assisted me with a lot of my concerns. This service is really great!
this is the worst bank of all banks, their ATMs do not accept cash on weekends, employees have almost zero understanding of their bank and products, crap, I will close the account and move to Wells Fargo
