“I wouldn’t even give one star. This bank is absolutely terrible. I’ve spent two weeks and made three visits to the branch, yet they still haven’t resolved my wire transfer issue. Every time, they claim it’s to ‘protect my money,’ but they keep deducting the funds from my account without actually sending the payment to the intended recipient. I have no idea why they’re doing this, and they’ve provided no reasonable explanation

Big bank has too much power. It offers a lousy service. It holds my money for 10 months already without a piece of paper to explain how I can get back my money. Legal against the bank is costly for a 70 year old man.
