I understand why they are closing. Horrible customer service. Rude woman with an accent in the lobby refused to let me access my safe deposit box without an appointment even though there was no one in the lobby. Very rude. Horrible customer service would be an understatement zero stars would be more appropriate. Branch down the street on 67th and the 101 much more customer friendly. Hopefully this rude woman is looking for other employment she is not an asset to B of A
For the first time ever they put a whole week hold on my check, when I called and asked if I can get it in faster they told me they could probably help me if I came in person and talked to someone but when I did they told me their best advice is just to get Mobil deposit for next time I get payed. What a waste of time
We had a great experience here. We didn't have to use the tellers because we mainly visit the 67th Ave location for ATM withdrawals. We mainly met with a financial advisor for our Merrill Lynch accounts and also Rhiannon Larson to help us with a wire transfer and opening a business checking account. Earlier in 2022 we refinanced our home to pull out cash to buy a rental property. The Manager Evelyn Quintanar at location 6510 W Happy Valley Rd was extremely rude and did not care weather I was a customer or not. Not only did she flat out lie to me, knowing the correct answer and told me the exact opposite, but she tried to belittle me as If I was the problem. Evelyns dishonesty created additional expenses to my business accounts as well.
