Had a fantastic experience at this branch yesterday with Sohrab Ghorbanian, a senior banker. He spent almost an hour with me and my aunt, helping us set up her trust paperwork with the bank. He went above and beyond, helping us set up mobile banking, reset passwords, answered all of our questions, and was so kind and friendly. He took what could have been a very stressful experience and made it smooth and easy - I was extremely impressed! Sohrab, thank you for your help!!!!
