Awful experience in my life. It’s over about a month and I cannot get my physical debit card ! I call the customer service thousands times and they just don’t care at all ! Never want to save money in this bank anymore in my life.
I made my account for checking in this office. Met with Cierra, a wonderful senior banker who absolutely understands my situation and helped me out. She made everything work for me including the app and my online banking. BOA, if you're seeing this review, give her a raise. She is a GODTIER!!!!
I went to this branch to exchange euros to US dollars and the teller said the bank does not have systems in place for such a transaction. Earlier on, the teller had told me that I could wait for 30 minutes.
699 S Mill Ave STE 101. went there to get some help because I lost my credit card. They did not help me at all. Just told me to call customer service. The nice lady on the phone totally hooked me up. I asked why the bank I went to couldn't do that and she said they certainly could have.
