Hats off to Jennifer who was the teller this morning /3-20-25/ She helped resolve a security issue and helped load a digital card on my cellphone and made sure it worked— she was very helpful !!
Tried to call to make an appointment to speak with someone at this location. No one would answer the phone! I had to re-dial for over 30 minutes as the automation would kick me out. Never got even an acknowledgement. Even if you can not speak, pick up the phone and put me on hold, or take a call back number! No wonder the satisfaction scores are abysmal.
The atm was working and there was no line.
This bank is horrible. I have had the ATM shut down on me and take my money twice. The first time it took 2 weeks to get my money back.
1 teller and 10 people in line...so annoying. They don't care about customer service. It's time to change banks...or better yet scrap banks and go to crypto, really currency.
