What kind of bank has literally 1 worker with a line reaching all the way back towards the doors. Took 40 mins for me to get a cashiers check and I was the first person in line that whole time. Worker told me to wait and that he would be right back and disappeared to the back for at least 10 mins. Not sure what he was doing because you could literally hear him laughing and talking to someone. This branch is one of the main reasons I'm moving all my money elsewhere

I can't stand Bank of America I'm actually switching banks entirely because of how bad they are with their customers and they aren't a good bank period. However, I believe his name was Miles...younger gentlemen brown wavy hair at the right side teller station. He is what customer service is about. He was very helpful and kind and also made sure I left with what I had came in for and he actually helped me twice that day and both times was fantastic. It’s a bank with a few ATMs (2 drive up, 1 walk up) good enough area. Generally a safe area, and the bank keeps their area clean.
