This B of A location is just like the one at 99th Ave and McDowell. Long lines with only one teller at the counter. Drive thru ATM's not working properly and personell who don't communicate very well. It's been months since I don't go inside and always use the outside ATM machines. Not what rral banking use to be.
Went inside the bank at 11:25 am today and there were 2 tellers each attending a customer. No greeting or acknowledgement during the 5-10 minutes I stood in the middle of the lobby. One of the tellers facing the front door saw me standing there and continued to chat with the customer after the transaction was over, completely ignoring my presence. I walked out of this facility. I've been a BOA customer for 30 years and the staff at this location shames the reputation of BOA.
