I’ve been banking at Bank of America for almost a decade and I really enjoy their services. I recently moved to Phoenix from Tucson and was overcharged at the hotel. I’m staying in. I came to this particular branch because it was closest to the hotel hoping to sort out the issue. I came to this location to put some money in my friend account. Got here 20 minutes ago and I’m still in the line. I will never ever come here if it’s this last bank on the earth.
My last branch visit (40th St and Broadway) was disappointing. The banker that assisted me (name was Eli) was extremely arrogant and not helpful at all. I couldn't tell if he was racist, homophobic, or just plain rude for no reason. Its bankers like Eli that make me not want to go into a branch. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable being in the branch with him. I hope his rudeness isn't the new standard of customer service.
