I went to this branch because it was on the way to work, i went to deposit cash at the window and i was told that they do not take cash for personal account holders, i can only deposit with a cashiers check and of course they said they do not sell cashiers check, i went to buy cashiers checks for the amount i was depositing and came back to the bank to deposit and after all that they mentioned to me that the funds wouldnt be available till the next day, i had a very important payment to make right away and now i have late fe... read more

What is the point of having an appointment with Ana Maria Carrasco If she's, going to get up in the middle of what I need finished to help the tellers. Low staff, well, maybe they should just shut the branch down. time waisted

Holy cow! So my boyfriend banks with BOA.. we came here the other day and I don’t think we’ve EVER received better customer service than we did here!! We had David who was our teller and he took care of all of my boyfriends needs, made sure we were totally accommodated, and did it with a SMILE! They also offered us cold water bottles which was very kind! Just all around a great experience!
