Brandon helped me open a new account recently and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was super bush when I was there and I was very pleased.
I recently visited the Bank of America branch at the Promenade in Scottsdale to have a document notarized related to my deceased son’s property. From the start, the experience was disappointing. Great customer service. I was able to get one of my checks deposited that I had received while out of town. I had my check at one of the neighboring bank of americas refused because I “looked poor” and was “potentially trying to fraud” Considering I dressed up today, that was pretty insulting. The check was made out for $100 to ME, 😂like ~really people?
I made an appointment this morning to get some assistance with some technical challenges in sending some international wires via the BA app. This location has GREAT customer service. Both Makki and the manager Christine helped me send those two wires after troubleshooting some technical glitches. Throughout the whole time they were very friendly, hospitable, and effective at their job! Thankyou! 🙏
