I recently visited the Bank of America branch at the Promenade in Scottsdale to have a document notarized related to my deceased son’s property. From the start, the experience was disappointing. After being checked in, I was greeted by an employee whose tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. When I explained what I needed notarized, I was abruptly told, “We can’t do that, sir. Great customer service. I was able to get one of my checks deposited that I had received while out of town. I had my check at one of the neighboring bank of americas refused because I “looked poor” and was “potentially trying to fraud” Considering I dressed up today, that was pretty insulting. The check was made out for $100 to ME, 😂like ~really people?
